I have just bought a 9 week old female rabbit?

at the moment it still doesn't like being picked up or being held does anyone know how to get her more friendly..also any good foods they enjoy eating.I have just bought a 9 week old female rabbit?
Rabbits in general don't like to be picked up or held. They feel much safer on the ground. As far as getting her to interact with you though. Lie on the ground (try reading a book) in a rabbit-safe room and let her run around. Eventually she'll come up to you. Don't grab her or anything, just let her explore you. It's best if she can get in and out of her cage without being picked up as well.

At this age she shouldn't be having anything other than a plain, high quality alfalfa pellet and alfalfa and timothy hay. At about 6 months you'll want to switch her to a low protein, high fiber, timothy based pellet and timothy and other grass (not alfalfa) hays. You can introduce veggies between 4-6 months. Introduce each one slowly, just a little at a time and monitor her poops to make sure that she isn't having a bad reaction.

Also, spaying her when she's old enough will prolong her life and make her less territorial.
