Why does my Rabbit thump her foot?

Why does she do this? I always go out to her when she does this as I am not sure whether it is for attention or danger? Why does my Rabbit thump her foot?
rabbits thump when they're scared, angry, or annoyed. my boys do it when they're mad at each other. is the cage on the floor? they're prey animals so being on the floor makes them feel vulnerable. she might see something and feel threatened. give her a box to hide in and feed her a few veggy treats, make her comfy. the last thing she would want is to be picked up when shes uncomfortable. Why does my Rabbit thump her foot?
It generally means they are terrified. Once my brother was making stupid but extremely loud noises and my rabbit ran away hiding, literally screaming, and thumping his foot. Look around to see what your bunny is scared of. If she is young or new to your household, it may be she is not used to the surroundings. Maybe if you are chasing her for any reason, like to get her back into her hutch, she may be worried as your movements are faster than hers and you are much bigger than her. But watch out, because bunnies really can die of fright. Bunnies stay still whilst thumping, usually accompanied by screeching, unless they are running away from a scary situation when they will thump on the ground followed by the stillness.

Sometimes, though much harder to define, your bunny may be having fun. If she is gallivanting around in an open space with attention, treats and toys, she may leap into the air in joy and dance around. Though her kicks would usually be in the air!
This is usually when the rabbit feels threatened,

in the wild a rabbit would thump his or her foot to warn

the other rabbits.
she is scared its instincts that she does that because wild rabbits thump there feet when there is danger to warn the other rabbits
It can mean that she is scared. In the wild rabbits thump their feet to alert other rabbits of danger.
If it is a female, then that means she's scared.
